Get your PaperGirl on!!
PaperGirl-NY opened last night at the Dumbo Arts Center in Brooklyn. If you are in the area it’s definitely worth checking out! Otherwise you can get a glimpse on the PaperGirl-NY site.
After seeing many of the works online, it was stunning to see them in person. The range and quality were impressive. Since the pieces are given equal space in the online gallery, it was fun to see the actual work, many were much smaller or larger than I’d imagined.
I am now working on pieces for 4 more PaperGirl events for this year: Manchester UK, Northampton MA, San Francisco CA, and Kelowna Canada. I have been sketching like mad and working with several new ideas and mediums. Updates will be posted here and on the fkp Facebook page, so connect with me there and grab my RSS feed for the blog.
